Cuban Ham Spread

1 package (8 oz.) Cream cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1 can deviled ham

1/2 teaspoon dried mustard

1/2 cup chopped olives (green or black or both)

Salt and pepper to taste

Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Blend together deviled ham with cream cheese, butter and dried mustard. Fold in chopped olives. Add salt only if necessary. There's usually plenty in the deviled ham.

2 cans (4-1/2 oz.each) deviled ham

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup finely chopped drained pimentos

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours. Serve on crackers or bread.
