Cuba Nostalgia 2007
Thanks to everyone who visited us at Cuba Nostalgia this year! It’s always great to meet some real fans -- or at least people who have heard of the Three Guys From Miami!

We signed a lot of books (all the proceeds went to charity) and even posed for a picture or two.

It was also a chance for us to catch up with all of our friends in the Cuban community.

The music was great, the mojitos were free-flowing, and there was a lot of dancing going on!

We liked the work of two artists we hadn't met before: German Molina (left) and Rick Blanco from California.

After our appearance at Cuba Nostalgia...

We taped some spots in and around Miami for a Three Guys From Miami appearance on Emeril Live. The show will be aired live sometime this fall -- possibly October or early November.

We took Emeril viewers on a video tour of Cuban food (and culture) in Miami.

Once we have a firm air date, we'll post it here on our site so that you can tune in and watch Emeril cook some great Cuban food!

Raul takes time out for a Cuban coffee in the Kitchen at Casa Lario's before the taping. We spent a couple of hours taping in the kitchen and the dining room here.
