| Gilberto Cetina runs a great Yucatecan restaurant. He also has a small shop that sells CDs, traditional huipil (dresses), Guyaberas and some Yucatecan snacks. He will also sell sour oranges and Chaya, a large green leafy vegetable that is essential in Yucatecan dishes. | ||||||||||

| La Espanola is mainly a wholesaler but has a small shop selling to the public. Almost all of their products can be found at either Surfas, the Beverly Hills Cheese Store, Cheesestore of Beverly Hills, Cheesestore of Silverlake and all 12 Bristol Farms Markets. Look for a dry smoked chorizo. | ||||||||||
