Recipes range from simple, country-style fare, to more elaborate dishes that are suitable for entertaining. Although we have added our own twists over the years, our recipes are rooted in the classic dishes of Cuba. You won't find any "Nuevo Latino" or Pan-Latin recipes here!
Wherever possible we have made these dishes simple to prepare. You don't need to be a professional chef to create any of the recipes in this book.
You also won't find a lot of esoteric, hard to find, or expensive ingredients such as truffle shavings, couscous, arugula, or anything in aspic!
The recipes are just as easy to make for everyday eating. In fact, most of the recipes in our new book are simple and easy to prepare so you can make some great lunches and dinners at home.

Vendors from all over Miami and elsewhere are on hand to sell jewelry, photographs, coins, maps, music, books, and other memorabilia.
There are plenty of beautiful examples of a bygone era, when everything in Havana had a distinct style and grace.
CubaNostalgia also showcases the works of many Cuban artists with most artwork available for sale. Many artists can arrange to have your purchase shipped back home to you, so you won't have to take it along on your cruise.
For many people who escaped Castro's Cuba, this may be the last chance to relive some old memories.
All of the tables are hand crafted of fine wood with metal folding legs or removable) wooden legs. The center of each table features a laminated poster with a Cuban theme. The graphics are protected by a clear epoxy finish that is known for its durability. The tables also feature signature ashtray/cup holders -- an El Cubanito exclusive.
"Our tables are not only for domino playing, but they double as stunning picture frames," says co-owner Shirley Bello. "Simply fold in or remove the legs and display this charming table on any wall for all to admire."
El Cubanito Domino tables are finished with a polyurethane stain that can withstand any spill or stain. Even the ashtrays are specially treated to withstand the heat from a cigar.
