Café Cubano

This is espresso coffee Cuban style. Very strong and very black, it's served in a tiny cup. Just about everyone drinks it with plenty of sugar.

You'll also notice that most café take-out windows provide a pitcher of cold water. Some people drink the water before and some drink it after the café, It is believed that the water dilutes the coffee in the stomach, with beneficial results.

High in caffeine, it will really give you a jolt. Raúl drinks one every night before bed and sleeps like a baby! Go figure.
