We have been cooking and eating Cuban food all of our lives -- except for Glenn. He's only been cooking and eating it for 25 years, but he's working really hard to catch up!

All of the Cuban recipes featured on this site and in our Cuban cookbooks, "Three Guys From Miami Cook Cuban," and "Three Guys From Miami Celebrate Cuban,"have been tested in the Three Guys' own kitchens, a long process creating, collecting, and refining the recipes presented here. These are the Cuban food favorites that we have cooked and eaten in our own homes for many years. Many are long-time family recipes from several generations of the Musibay and Castillo families.

This collection is also a synthesis of many recipes, recipe ideas, and cooking tips we have received from Cubans (and Cuban food lovers) all over the world.

Taping a special for the Food Network: "Christmas in America." The show first aired during the holidays in 2004, and is rebroadcast every year.

The recipes in our Cuban cookbooks represent 25 years of the our lives together: experimenting, refining, and a lot of trial and error making these recipes uniquely our own. Many of our recipes were created by us after enjoying a meal at a restaurant and duplicating it in our own kitchens.

A casual shot after shooting an episode of "Tyler's Ultimate." In this case, the "Ultimate Paella." This was our second appearance on the Food Network.
Here we are all cleaned up by the people from Coastal Living Magazine for a photo spread. Our parties are usually not this fancy!

This painting represents the dual culture of Cuban-Americans here symbolized by both the traditional espresso coffee pot -- for those cafe con leches -- and the ubiquitous American drip coffee maker, which is found in offices, work sites, and most American homes.

Tony has sold many of these at art shows around Florida. It is especially popular with Cuban-Americans who live this dual culture. Also a great gift for Cubans married to Americans!
