For more than 35 years, the Three Guys From Miami have been perfecting their Cuban recipes by cooking and eating -- oh yes, a lot of eating -- Cuban food. They have made several appearances on national TV, on public radio, and in newspapers and magazines. They are frequent sources of Cuban cooking tips and advice for both professional and amateur chefs all over the world.
They are also the authors of two best-selling cookbooks: “Three Guys From Miami Cook Cuban” and "Three Guys From Miami Celebrate Cuban."
