All of the Cuban and Spanish recipes featured on this site and in our Miami Cuban cookbooks, "Three Guys From Miami Cook Cuban," and "Three Guys From Miami Celebrate Cuban,"have been tested in the Three Guys' own kitchens, a long process creating, collecting, and refining the recipes presented here. Many of these Cuban and Spanish recipes are long-time family favorites from several generations of the Musibay and Castillo families – modified over the years to reflect the Miami influence.

The recipes in our Miami Cuban cookbooks represent 30 years of our lives together: experimenting, refining, and a lot of trial and error making these recipes uniquely our own. Many of these Cuban and Spanish recipes were created by us after enjoying a meal at a Cuban restaurant and duplicating it in our own kitchens.
