Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Grind the meats in a food processor until chopped fine. Add cheese, cream cheese, butter, mayonaisse, mustard, cumin and garlic powder. Blend well. Fold in chopped olives and roasted red pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate several hours. Serve on crackers or bread.
